About Us:
At QSEAP Infotech, a leading Cyber Security Services Provider, we are developing products with the objective to add automation and intelligence to processes and controls related to Cyber Security Assessment and Defense. We are expanding our team and are looking for a talented and driven Product Business Analyst to join us.

Role Overview:
As a Product Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders (management, product managers, sales, marketing, etc.) and technical teams (development, implementation, support, quality assurance, etc.). You will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into actionable technical requirements, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering & Documentation:
   • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
   • Translate business needs into detailed, actionable specifications for the development team.
   • Document and maintain comprehensive requirement records.
2. Collaborate with Product Teams:
   • Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to support sprint planning and backlog grooming.
   • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
   • Facilitate smooth project delivery through effective communication and collaboration.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Assist Quality Assurance:
   • Help QA teams create test scenarios and test cases based on requirements.
   • Review test results and provide feedback to ensure alignment with business needs.
2. Acquire Product Knowledge:
   • Develop a deep understanding of the product and system architecture.
   • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
3. Improve Processes:
   • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for process optimization.
   • Suggest and implement improvements to enhance product quality, user experience, and operational efficiency.
4. Manage Risks:
   • Identify and assess risks related to requirements, scope, and project timelines.
   • Propose and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst within a product development environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar collaboration platforms.
