IBMS Design Engineer

Job Description: Design and engineering of IBMS (Integrated Building Management System) Safety & Security Systems

Job Summary:

An IBMS Specialist responsible for designing and Engineering of smart building automation Systems that ensure the safety and security of occupants. This role involves working with integrated systems such as Access control, Fire alarms, Public Address CCTV, intrusion detection, and Building automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Should have experience in designing and estimation of Fire Alarm, Access control, CCTV & Int Building Management systems

2. Should be familiar with NBC , IS 2189 /NFPA 72 standards

3. Should have experience in designing BMS based on MEP drawings & details

4. Conduct Safety & security risk assessments and recommend improvements.

Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations (e.g., NFPA, IS & NBC guidelines).

Experience: 3+ years in designing and engineering of IBMS, Safety & Security systems.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of BMS/IBMS platforms (e.g., Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell), CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems.

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and crisis management abilities.

Work Environment:

Typically works from office

May require on-call availability for emergencies.

Should visit project sites on need basis across India
