Analyze client requirements to design customized, forward-looking training solutions that align with current and future market demands in embedded systems and automotive technologies.
Partner closely with internal and external teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful training solutions tailored for the automotive embedded domain.
Internship Duration:

Qualification:
B.Tech in CS, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering (preferably with a focus on embedded systems or automotive technology).
Job Skills:
A strong passion for embedded systems and automotive technologies (such as CASE - Connected, Autonomous, Shared, Electric).
Proactive in learning and adapting to emerging embedded technologies, especially within the automotive domain.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex automotive and embedded systems concepts for client training.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present technical training solutions and collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and thrive in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail in the development of tailored training solutions.
Proficiency in creating professional PowerPoint presentations and other client-facing documents for solutioning.
