Hiring Sr Manager/AVP Finance & Accounts (Chartered Accountant) !!

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Finance to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12 -15 years of progressive experience in finance, preferably in the shared services space. The AVP of Finance will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial operations, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting.

2. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

3. Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.

4. Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure to optimize financial performance and support business objectives.

5. Lead the annual budgeting and planning process, working closely with department heads to develop realistic and achievable financial goals.

6. Monitor and analyse financial performance against budget and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

7. Provide strategic financial guidance and support to the executive team, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, tax laws, and financial regulations, liaising with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.

9.Should have handles office administration activities.

10. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in finance, applying relevant insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12-15 years of experience in finance, corporate finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and financial modelling.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive results.
• Handled auditors and well verse with Financial closure.
• Good understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
• Sound Taxation knowledge direct and indirect.
• Exposed to MIS, Management accounting and Management reporting
