ERP Specialist

Key Experience:

• Medical diagnostic/laboratory industry experience is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Applications and ERP Support, Customer Service, and Teamwork.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain all business applications.
• Respond to user requests and queries in the service desk.
• Diagnose and resolve user incidents.
• Provide information, work instructions, advice, and workarounds.
• Extract and analyse data from ERP / Other systems and perform basicSQL updates/inserts.
• Update and build Crystal and SSRS Reports for end user data analysis.
• Work with end users to extract and document business processes information and user requirements.
• Liaise with 3rd party support providers.
• Ensure information security, confidentiality, and integrity.

Skills/Competencies:

• Knowledge of reporting technologies (Crystal Reports, SQL Server Reporting Services, Power BI, Tableau).
• Proficient in computer hardware, software systems, and applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Business understanding beyond IT/System knowledge.
• Initiative and proactiveness in a busy environment.
