Job Description :

We are looking for a ServiceNow GRC Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our remote team! The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), particularly in SecOps/Vulnerability Management, and hands-on experience with ServiceNow Scripting and Integration. You will play a crucial role in implementing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow GRC solutions for our clients while collaborating closely with them to clarify requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation of ServiceNow GRC projects, with a focus on SecOps and Vulnerability Management modules.

- Hands-on development and customization of ServiceNow GRC solutions, including Risk Management, Compliance Management, Vulnerability Response, and Security Incident Response.

- Develop ServiceNow Scripting solutions (JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions) to automate and enhance workflows.

- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems, leveraging REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services for seamless data exchange and automation.

- Work closely with clients to gather requirements, clarify doubts, and ensure the solutions meet their needs and expectations.

- Provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements to existing GRC solutions based on evolving customer needs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the GRC modules, ensuring the platform runs smoothly.

- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring timely updates on project progress and key milestones.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC development, with a strong focus on SecOps/Vulnerability Management modules.

- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Scripting, including JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and other ServiceNow development tools.

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs to connect with other systems and applications.

- Strong experience in the ServiceNow SecOps/Vulnerability Management modules, including Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Security Incident Response (SIR).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, gather requirements, and ensure their needs are met.

- Ability to work independently and in a team, handling multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

- Must have the ability to overlap for at least 5 hours with EST (from 8 AM to 1 PM EST, which corresponds to 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST).

- Remote position, but must maintain consistent availability during overlapping working hours.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow certifications (ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow GRC Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow SecOps Implementation Specialist) are a plus.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative tools like Jira or Confluence.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
