SAP P2P Consultant - Coupa (6-7 yrs)

Job Title : Coupa SAP P2P Consultant.

Job Type : Remote.

Years of Experience : 6+ Years.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in Purchase Order creation and invoice approval processes using SAP and Coupa.

- Strong understanding of integration errors and maintenance within SAP systems, specifically related to Purchase to Pay (P2P).

- Familiarity with Coupa and its purchasing workflows.

- Knowledge of SAP MM and ICE (Invoice) functionalities.

- Experience in Finance and Procurement functional areas such as Procure to Order, Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable, and Invoicing.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create and manage purchase orders (PO) within SAP and Coupa.

- Oversee the invoice approval process, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

- Maintain and troubleshoot integration errors with SAP systems related to the Purchase to Pay (P2P) process.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth P2P workflows in Coupa and SAP.

- Provide expertise in SAP MM and Coupa Purchasing modules.

- Support one or more Finance and Procurement functional areas, including Procure to Order, Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable, and Invoicing.

- Assist customers with transaction processes related to POs and invoices, providing guidance and support as needed.
