- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience leading and training teams, assessing their quality of work and providing constructive feedback
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong ability to write effective code Preferably C#, .Net, Optional JAVA
- Strong ability to write effective code
- Strong experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit, BDD Framework, Cucumber, TestNG
- Experience in Test Management JIRA, ALM, Helix
- Experience writing SQL queries for RDBMS like Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle
- Design and implement new tools, scalable automated test frameworks
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery, utilizing technologies such as GIT, Jenkins and Dev ops tools
- Cloud technologies such as Azure, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals
- Experience with Agile development
- Effectively articulate any technical challenges and undefined problems
- Retail Domain Knowledge is highly preferred
- readiness to learn the target platform
