QA Manager (Automation)

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience leading and training teams, assessing their quality of work and providing constructive feedback
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong ability to write effective code Preferably C#, .Net, Optional JAVA
• Strong ability to write effective code
• Strong experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit, BDD Framework, Cucumber, TestNG
• Experience in Test Management JIRA, ALM, Helix
• Experience writing SQL queries for RDBMS like Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle
• Design and implement new tools, scalable automated test frameworks
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery, utilizing technologies such as GIT, Jenkins and Dev ops tools
• Cloud technologies such as Azure, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals
• Experience with Agile development
• Effectively articulate any technical challenges and undefined problems
• Retail Domain Knowledge is highly preferred
• readiness to learn the target platform
