QA Lead - Salesforce

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to join our team and lead both manual and automated testing efforts for Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of QA testing methodologies, Salesforce automation tools, and agile processes. As a QA Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality standards for our products.

• Design, develop, and maintain test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering teams, and stakeholders to drive QA activities.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle, from test plans to the documentation of test scenarios and cases.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to QA engineers to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure all testing efforts follow best practices and security standards.
• Perform end-to-end (E2E), integration, and regression testing for multiple products.
• Convert business requirements into detailed test scenarios and processes.

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of software testing experience, with at least 1 year of experience in automation testing.
• Test automation experience, preferably with Provar or other relevant frameworks.
• Solid understanding of the Agile methodology and the role of QA within Agile teams.
• Experience with JIRA, GitHub, and test management tools.

• Any degree in an IT-based discipline.

• Knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce application testing.
• Strong ability to design test cases, execute testing, and maintain testing processes.
• Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with different teams.
