NOMD Technologies - Quality Assurance Engineers - Automation & Manual Testing (5-6 yrs)

Role : QA Engineers.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineers to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality.

You will design and implement tests, debug and define corrective actions, review system requirements, and track quality assurance metrics.

The QA Engineer will monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions, ensuring that the end product meets quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

- Plan and coordinate testing activities, thoroughly identifying and documenting bugs.

- Build and execute automation scripts using open-source tools.

- Organize testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.

- Review debugging process results.

- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.

- Analyze the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.

- Maintain relevant knowledge about new testing tools and test strategies.

- Create standards and procedures for developers to follow.

- Execute both manual and automated test scripts.

- Analyze product features and suggest changes to enhance them, making them more efficient and user-friendly.

- Monitor implementation of QA processes and plans.

- Maintain automated testing procedures.

Technical proficiency :

- Expertise in software testing and A/B testing tools.

- Proficiency in computer programming languages (e., C#, Java, JavaScript, Python).

- Experience with software debugging tools and IDE programs.

- Knowledge of QA testing for desktop, mobile, and console platforms.

- Ability to build and perform manual and automated software testing processes.

- Ability to conduct test analysis and verify quality requirements.

- Familiarity with software testing in relation to specific stages of product development.

Qualifications :

- A minimum of 3+ years of QA experience.

- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Innovative and detail oriented.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
