Job Description
- Create Test Plans. Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness. Identifying and creating test scenarios
- Attention to detail and ability to demonstrate strategic thinking when developing tests cases
- Create tests to identify software problems. Analyze bugs and record test progress and results
- Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to triage failures, identify root-cause, and define corrective actions
- Familiar with testing techniques like ad-hoc testing, Boundary value analysis and Exploratory testing
- Familiarity with REST APIs testing
- Familiarity with automation testing
- Knowledge and hands-on test automation is a plus
- Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing. Identify any potential problems that users might encounter
- Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes
- Recommend improvements, suggest new processes and policies that Engineering and QA can implement to ensure the best possible product
Candidate Requirements:
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Great team player and self-starter who assumes responsibility for their work, accepts direction and feedback from co-workers and managers
- Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Experience with applications running in a cloud environment is a plus.
Education:
- BE in Computer Science or any related field
