Job Role and Responsibilities: - Lead and establish the foundation for the development team, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
- Engage in all stages of development, including design, planning, development, and deployment.
- Contribute to the development of best practices for future projects.
- Conceptualize, design, and develop new features for our products.
- Take ownership of delivering complete system/application components.
- Apply technical expertise and creative thinking to develop innovative solutions.
- Optimize component performance and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Write clean, efficient code for test-driven development.
- Embrace emerging standards and best practices.
- Possess knowledge of both back-end and front-end modules.
- Comfortable with integration/interface design.
- Understand basic QA methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Expertise in Pandas and DataFrame manipulation.
- Strong understanding of OOP, lists, dictionaries, multi-level dictionaries, and NumPy.
- Intermediate proficiency in visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Dash, and Plotly.
- Experience in creating applications/automations with Python and various libraries.
- Ability to write Python scripts and strong understanding of OOP concepts.
- Ability to work well under pressure with high attention to detail.
- Knowledge of automation tools is advantageous.
- Understanding of database design.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Good programming logic.
- Self-motivated individual with a zeal to learn and grow within the organization.
