PYP Homeroom Teachers

A PYP Homeroom Teacher is responsible for delivering the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP) curriculum to primary school students. This role involves teaching various subjects, fostering student inquiry, and creating an engaging, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment. The PYP Homeroom Teacher plays a key role in guiding students through their academic, social, and emotional development, promoting inquiry-based learning, and helping students become active, lifelong learners.

Key Responsibilities :

• Curriculum Delivery : Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in line with the PYP framework and curriculum. Incorporate inquiry-based teaching strategies that encourage student curiosity, exploration, and critical thinking.
• Student-Centered Learning : Foster an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that supports the diverse needs of students, differentiating instruction to meet various learning styles and abilities.
