Job Summary:
The Accounts Executive will play a crucial role in managing the financial transactions of the company, ensuring compliance with GST, taxation, and auditing while handling inventory costing, profit & loss (P&L) analysis, and ledger management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, ERP, SAP, and MS Office, with a strong background in the manufacturing sector, preferably in UPVC or related industries.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com with proficiency in Tally, ERP, SAP, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in UPVC windows and doors, aluminium, or similar industries.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished goods, and stock movement.
• Track inventory costs, monitor material consumption, and ensure correct inventory valuation.
• Work closely with the production and procurement teams for inventory optimization.

2. Costing & Financial Analysis

• Perform cost analysis on raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
• Prepare cost sheets for UPVC window and door products, ensuring profitability.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for cost control.

3. Auditing & Compliance

• Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Maintain financial records in compliance with statutory and industry standards.
• Conduct periodic financial reviews and internal checks.

4. Profit & Loss (P&L) and Financial Reporting

• Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, ensuring accurate tracking of sales, expenses, and profitability.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
• Assist in cash flow management, expense control, and revenue tracking.

5. GST & Income Tax Filing

• Ensure timely and accurate GST returns, TDS deductions, and Income Tax filings.
• Maintain compliance with government tax regulations and statutory filings.
• Handle reconciliation of GST, TDS, and other taxation accounts.

6. Vouchers & Ledger Management

• Record and manage purchase, sales, and payment vouchers with proper documentation.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of ledgers, bank statements, and vendor accounts.
• Maintain a clean and organized financial record system.

7. Financial Statement Preparation & MIS Reporting

• Prepare key financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Trial Balance, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Develop Management Information System (MIS) reports for business decision-making.
• Maintain accurate financial data for regulatory compliance and audits.

Skills Required:
✔ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, costing, and financial reporting
✔ Expertise in Tally, ERP, SAP, and MS Excel
✔ Experience in taxation, GST, and IT compliance
✔ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Strong attention to numerical accuracy and data management
✔ Knowledge of manufacturing accounting standards and compliance
✔ Experience in UPVC, aluminum, or related manufacturing industries (preferred)
