Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business excellence strategies to drive operational efficiency, quality improvement, and cost reduction across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and design solutions using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Design and execute projects related to supply chain planning, procurement planning, production planning control, and inventory management.
• Provide training and coaching on lean principles and continuous improvement techniques to team members.
