Positioning Patients : X-ray technicians prepare and position patients for imaging procedures. They follow specific protocols to ensure the patient is correctly positioned, immobilized if necessary, and shielded from unnecessary radiation exposure. Patient Interaction : X-ray technicians interact with patients, explaining procedures, answering questions, and addressing concerns. They help alleviate any anxiety or fear the patient may have and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the imaging process. Compliance with Safety Procedures : X-ray technicians adhere to strict safety protocols to protect themselves, patients, and other healthcare personnel from unnecessary radiation exposure.
