Job Title: Process Coordinator

Position Overview:
The Process Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of various processes within the organization. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Process Coordinator will work closely with different departments to streamline processes, monitor progress, and ensure that deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operations to ensure smooth process flow.
Liaise with different departments to facilitate communication and resolve any issues.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Ensure that all processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Support the management team in planning and executing strategic initiatives.
Manage project timelines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to established processes and standards.
Provide training and support to team members to enhance their understanding of processes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or manufacturing industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement.
Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus.
Salary: 250,000 600,000 PA

Office Hours: 10 AM 7:30 PM
