Sales Associate

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Associate to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and sales, along with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and representing our brand in a positive and professional manner.

Role & responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
• Sales Generation: Drive sales by meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to meet collective goals and share feedback for continuous improvement.
• Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and performance regularly.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
• Experience: At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the sports, retail, or consumer goods industry.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable with using sales tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Passion for Sports: A genuine interest in sports and a deep understanding of the sports industry is a plus.
