AI & GENAI Engineer

Key accountabilities:

· Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to discuss AI/GenAI requirements and proposed solutions.

· Design and develop GenAI and AI solutions utilizing frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.

· Create comprehensive documentation for AI solution deployment and maintenance.

· Develop and maintain AI applications using Python and frameworks like Flask and Django.

· Work with LLM-based applications and fine-tune models to meet specific business needs.

· Participate in code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure security compliance of AI solutions.

· Integrate AI with external APIs, databases, and scalable architectures.

· Stay up-to-date with emerging AI/GenAI trends and incorporate them into ongoing projects.

· Mentor Other Team Members.

Expected Skills (some can be acquired on the job):

· Proficiency in Python and AI development frameworks.

· Expertise in Generative AI tools and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent.

· Hands-on experience with Flask, Django, or similar web frameworks.

· Knowledge of LLM (Large Language Models), including deployment and fine-tuning

· Familiarity with AI model optimization, MLOps, and version control systems.

· Understanding of database systems like MySQL/PostgreSQL or NoSQL databases.

· Knowledge of transformers, NLP techniques, and other machine learning models.

· Ability to solve complex AI-related problems and optimize model performance.

· Knowledge of Deep Learning state of art Technique.

· Good To have knowledge of React JS.
