Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT projects, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and stakeholder management. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, creating technical documentation, and collaborating with teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT projects.
• Create and maintain technical documents including BRDs, FSDs, and user stories.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve business processes.
• Facilitate meetings, discussions, and workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure effective communication between technical teams and business units.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in writing and managing technical documents.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
• Certification in CBAP, CSPO, or PMP is a plus.
