Executive-Purchase ( Trims & Accessories)

Role & responsibilities

• Sourcing of all trims & amp; accessories for bulk & sampling.
• Co-ordination with the supplier for timely in-house of all trims & accessories.
• Releasing Orders to concerned supplier (if specified by buyer) / researching the market &
• Releasing the orders to the supplier from where the goods should come in time with best quality & amp; with lesser rate.
• Co-Ordinating with merchandising for any new development of trims/accessories.
• Monitoring the main store activities while receiving the trims/accessories & making sure that goods have passed quality standard & proper inventory has been done before issuing the same to the concerned department
• Approving the trim card of received goods, if it is exactly matching to the order (Quantity,
• Quality, Colors, layout, shape/design etc.) & also the rate if it is matching to the raised P.O.
• Sourcing & Developing of all kinds of garment sewing & packing trims & accessories.
• Maintaining a good team & amp; good working environment

Preferred candidate profile

0-3 years experience in sourcing trims and accessories for export--like thread, elastic, zips, cartons, packaging, interlining, etc.
