Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced self-driven Technical Manager with 10-14 years of expertise in solution design and software architecture, particularly with Python and cloud-based technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing scalable, high-performance solutions and working with cloud providers like GCP and AWS. Exposure to AI/ML is a plus. Strong leadership, communication skills, and working with global, cross-cultural teams are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the technical architecture and design for complex software solutions.

- Drive the design and implementation of scalable systems, ensuring the use of best practices in coding and infrastructure.

- Collaborate with global, cross-cultural teams to deliver high-quality solutions in line with project goals.

- Work closely with stakeholders, including product managers and engineers, to define architecture and technical requirements.

- Provide leadership in cloud architecture on platforms like GCP and AWS.

- Ensure performance, scalability, security, and maintainability of architecture solutions.

- Manage technical risks, identify bottlenecks, and implement mitigations.

- Guide the team in the implementation of Airflow for orchestrating workflows and PySpark for large-scale data processing.

- Collaborate with the data science teams to build, deploy, and scale AI/ML solutions (where applicable).

Required Skills :

- Programming Languages : Strong proficiency in Python.

- Solution Design : Experience in designing and architecting scalable, high-performance systems.

- Cloud Platforms : Hands-on experience with GCP, AWS, or other cloud providers.

- Workflow Orchestration : Knowledge of Airflow.

- Big Data Processing : Experience with PySpark or similar frameworks.

- AI/ML : Exposure to AI/ML frameworks and technologies is a plus.

- Leadership : Ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior engineers.

- Collaboration : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with global, cross-cultural teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code).

- Experience working in Agile development environments.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

- 10-14 years of hands-on experience in software architecture and solution design.

- Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
