The Sales Manager is responsible for driving the sales strategy, acquiring new customers, and managing relationships with existing clients for sewage treatment plant projects. This role involves identifying market opportunities, presenting technical solutions, and achieving sales targets in line with the company's objectives.
1. To Manager the following KEY RESULT AREAS:
a) Proposal of sales target & Completing sales target
b) Plan of execution for all the hot leads
c) Completing sales meeting assigned for that particular day
2. To Facilitate/Coordinate following activities:
a) Updating CRM as per leads assigned
b) The client list which shows P1 P2 P3 clients
c) Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations, maintaining month end sales report
3. To Assist the seniors in the following functions:
a) Discussion on new sector or region coming up
b) Brain storming the hurdles coming in converting the sales
4. To Maintain the following Records / Files:
a) Total Conversion/PO in a month
b) Meetings lined up for coming month
c) Lost leads, with reason of lost clients
5.Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
a)Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
b)Analyse competitors products and sales strategies.
