Job Description

Dedicated focus on improving the Maintenance Standards and Practices, Autonomous Maintenance, and Best Practices compliance to improve existing KPIs. Driving Maintenance Pillar across the breweries and is responsible for doing continuous audits and coaching the Brewery Team. Overall responsible for addressing the gaps in the maintenance system and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for implementing and improving effective maintenance practices, systems, and capability at the breweries to deliver sustained improved operational performances
Develop and drive implementation of maintaining programs, practices, facilities, equipment, and capability at all breweries to achieve improved machine performance
Lead and Drive Implementation of Maintenance Pillar across the breweries and carry out regular Audits and check to Coach sessions with Plant Maintenance Teams.
Autonomous Maintenance Practices Implementation, sustained effective, accurate operation
Use of CMMS ( Coswin) to improve maintenance performance in breweries
Leads the optimization and management of maintenance spares to ensure availability at optimal costs
OEM Support management
Monitor and control maintenance costs with close coordination with TS Managers
Responsible for improving safety and quality, and maintaining KPIs like LEF, GLY, MTTR, MTBF, MPA, MTFS.
Responsible for coordinating with site maintenance Teams. Ensuring all best practices in maintenance are complied with.
Responsible for global policy rollout like time allocation, GOPS, maintenance toolkit etc, and also responsible for auditing Maintenance Pillar scores. Ensuring all the zone cascading is implemented in India
Responsible for preparing and circulating necessary reports as per guidelines.
Close coordination with Zone functional teams and SMEs to close the gap in maintenance performance
Benchmarking with Zone and Global performances and implementing the best practices in India.
