Qualifications

? A Ph.D. in Food Processing Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering, or a closely related
field from a recognized university.
? A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the college or university level.
? Demonstrated research experience with publications in reputed journals.
? Strong knowledge of food processing technologies and management practices.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Commitment to academic excellence and student success.

Desirable Qualifications
