Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Tele Caller to join our team. As a Digital Tele Caller, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, following up on customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Attend to incoming customer calls and provide information about our products and services.
• Make follow-up calls to potential customers regarding their inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries.
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of TVS vehicles.
• Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
Qualifications:
• Graduation / Intermediate (or equivalent).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word).
• Basic understanding of two-wheelers and the automotive industry is a plus.
Experience:
• 0-3 years of experience in a similar role (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
Compensation:
• For Freshers: ₹13,000 gross per month.
• For Experienced Candidates: Commensurate with previous experience and salary.
Location:
• Gachibowli/Kondapur, Hyderabad
