Key Responsibilities:
Develop procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
ii) Assess and forecast future procurement needs based on project timelines, budgets, and inventory levels.
i) maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and identify, evaluate, and negotiate with potential suppliers.
ii) Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contracts and agreements.
i) Analyse market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favourable terms and conditions with suppliers.
Draft, review, and finalize procurement contracts.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
i) Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
ii) Coordinate with internal departments to define specifications and requirements.
Reporting and Analysis:
i) Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
ii) Generate regular reports on procurement metrics to support decision-making.
Desired Profile:
Skills and Qualifications:
1) Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in commerce and any course on supply chain management will add an advantage.
Technical Skills : Knowledge of contract management and negotiation techniques
Soft Skills : Excellent communication and negotiation skills and Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
