Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules, lubrication plans, and predictive maintenance strategies to prevent breakdowns and prolong equipment lifespan.
Repair and Replacement: Conduct repairs, replacements, or upgrades of mechanical components, parts, or systems when necessary.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and protocols while performing maintenance activities, and contribute to creating a safe working environment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment condition for reference and analysis.
Qualifications and Skills:
A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Technology, or a related field.
Relevant work experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, and other related components.
