Job Description
Who are we looking for?
- Be the owner for Data Analytics solutions, ensure the continuity of reports build and model enhancements.
- Manage the end-to-end analytical solutions of our customers: from semantic model to reports build and deployment to predictive framework configurations in future.
- Should be able to work on a problem independently and prepare client ready deliverable with minimal supervision.
- Ability to train and provide handover on reports being built and conducting demos to larger group of audience.
- Communicate with customers to discuss any issues with loaded data and help them identify trends and collaborate with different teams to fix data issues.
- Solve day-to-day analytical problems and customer challenges.
- Own the automation, deployment and operation of Reports.
- Understand basic Data pipelines and understand end to end flow for the application owned.
- Required:
- Expertise in OBIEE reporting tool (both Rpd and reports development)
- Understanding on tools like OAS,OAC.
- Exposure to ETL tools like Informatica/DataStage/Ab initio.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix scripting, advanced SQL proficiency and using various languages (Python, JavaScript, R, SnowSQL) to create sprocs, functions, DDL, and DML
- Exposure to data modeling, creating conceptual and logical model, create DFD, ERD to understand relationship of data and possess good Database concepts.
- Exposure to cloud offerings and services.
- Exposure to solve Data problems and identify anomalies by creating adhoc reports/sql skills
- Good to have:
- Exposure to reporting tools like PowerBI/ Tableau etc.
- Exposure to OBIEE to OAS onboard and support is a plus
- Exposure to Cloud Data migration and data services.
