Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a global R codebase for generating CDISC ADaM datasets, tables, listings, and figures in line with clinical trial data requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement project-specific data needs.
• Provide technical expertise and support for data analysis and reporting tasks.
• Perform quality control and validation of outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Contribute to process improvements and the development of programming standards using R.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science).

Experience:

• At least 3+ years of R programming experience (including R Shiny, R Packages, etc.).
• Proficiency with R packages such as Tidyverse, ggplot2, and survival.
• SAS experience is mandatory, with an overall experience of 8+ years in relevant roles.
• Hands-on experience with clinical trial data and a strong understanding of CDISC ADaM and SDTM standards.
• Knowledge of industry R packages such as ADMIRAL and OAK.
• Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools in R.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of other open-source packages and tools.
• Familiarity with SAS software.
• Experience with CRAN, POSIT, and other open-source repositories and products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
