SAP Plant Maintenance Manager - Mumbai, Noida/Gurgaon, Bangalore

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced and passionate SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) professionals to join our growing team in Mumbai and Noida/Gurgaon at the Deputy Manager level and in Bangalore at the Manager level. In this role, you will play a key role in implementing and supporting SAP PM solutions for our clients across various industries. You will leverage your deep understanding of maintenance processes, best practices, and SAP PM functionality to optimize maintenance operations and drive business value.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the implementation and support of SAP PM solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to maintenance processes.
• Configure and customize SAP PM modules to meet client needs.
• Develop and deliver training to end-users on SAP PM functionality.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP PM solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest SAP PM functionalities and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and offerings in the SAP PM space.
• Lead and mentor a team of SAP PM consultants.

Qualifications:

• Mumbai & Noida/Gurgaon (Deputy Manager):
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years of overall experience in SAP PM, with a strong understanding of maintenance processes and best practices.
• Proven experience in leading small to medium-sized SAP PM implementation or support projects.
• Bangalore (Manager):
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8-10 years of overall experience in SAP PM, with a strong understanding of maintenance processes and best practices.
• Proven experience in leading large and complex SAP PM implementation or support projects.
• Deep knowledge of SAP PM modules, including Preventative Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Work Orders, and Notifications.
• Experience with SAP PM configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
