SAP PP/QM Job Descriptions:

Consultant 3 (3-6 years experience):

• 3-5 years of SAP PP & QM experience.
• Understanding of discrete, process, and repetitive manufacturing.
• Experience in implementation and support projects.
• Knowledge of SAP PP master data, MRP, configuration, and integration.
• QM master data and processes, including notifications.
• Order execution, confirmation, goods issue/receipt, and backflushing.
• Integration with MM/PM/FI-CO/WM/SD.
• Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation experience.
• Experience with SLA-based ticketing, change requests, and authorization matrices.
• Variant configuration and batch management implementation.
• SAP certification is a plus.
• Document preparation (BPP/FS/SIT/UAT/User Manuals).

Senior Consultant (4-6 years experience):

• Same as Consultant 3, with more experience and demonstrated expertise.
• Proven end-to-end implementation experience.
• Mentoring junior team members.
• Identifying IT risks and opportunities for process improvement.

Deputy Manager (5-9 years experience):

• Same as Senior Consultant, with increasing leadership responsibilities.
• Multiple end-to-end implementation experiences.
• Client relationship management.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Manager (7-9 years experience):

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (discrete and process industries).
• End-to-end SAP QM knowledge and integration with PP and PM.
• Understanding of product costing (SAP CO/PP integration).
• Expertise in variant configuration and batch management.
• Client-facing experience.
• Project leadership and team management.
• Extensive end-to-end implementation experience.

Senior Manager (10+ years experience):

• Extensive experience in SAP PP/QM implementations and support.
• Deep understanding of business processes in various industries.
• Strategic thinking and business development skills.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Multiple (3-4 or more) end-to-end implementation experiences.
