Business Continuity Manager

Role & responsibilities

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Relevant qualifications such as ISO 22301 / ISO 27001, CBCI/CBCP, or related certifications.
• Proven experience in understanding end-to-end business continuity & disaster recovery and not just implementation.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to design and write comprehensive business continuity policies, procedures, and technical documentation.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and leading business continuity strategy development.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
