BigFix Endpoint Deployment Engineer

OS Deployment Management: Oversee the deployment of operating systems across multiple workstations and servers using BigFix.
Image Creation and Maintenance: Create, manage, and update OS images to ensure they are compliant with organizational standards.
In-Place Upgrades: Perform seamless in-place upgrades to newer versions of operating systems, ensuring compliance with upgrade requirements.
Software Deployment: Automate the deployment of software applications and updates across the network.
Patch Management: Ensure systems are up-to-date with the latest security patches and software updates.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to OS deployment, software deployment, and upgrades.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of deployment processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams to coordinate deployments and ensure compatibility with existing systems and applications.
Compliance and Security: Ensure all deployments adhere to security policies and compliance requirements.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of BigFix Lifecycle Management, including OS Deployment features.
Experience: Proven experience in deploying and managing operating systems in a large enterprise environment.
Scripting Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to automate deployment tasks.
Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve deployment issues.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to document processes and collaborate with team members.
