Job Description :

Responsibility:

• Design, test, and optimize prompts to produce high-quality output aligned with project goals, and improved performance of GenAI models.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand creative needs and tailor AI workflows accordingly.
• Analyze AI outputs to identify trends, improve quality, and ensure consistency across multiple languages and formats.
• Develop prompt libraries, templates, and best practices for efficient and scalable content production.
• Stay updated on generative AI advancements to implement cutting-edge techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with experience in training and mentoring cross-functional teams.
• Q2 responsibilities include onboarding of their successor to be located in India

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience working with generative AI tools, natural language processing, or content creation.
• Expert understanding of AI prompting techniques, model behaviors, and optimization strategies.
• Experience in marketing content creation or localization workflows is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with AI tools and platforms (e.g., Midjourney, OpenAI, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Analytical skills to evaluate AI performance and improve output quality.
• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python) and APIs is a plus.
