Roles and Responsibilities for Team Lead (Data Processing Operations)
Supervise and lead the Data Processing Team to ensure efficient output with productivity.
Allocate tasks to team members and monitor their performance with desired accuracy
Conduct regular team meetings to review the output, identify challenges and resolve them in coordination with relevant Departments.
Have a process of overseeing the Quality Check (QC) for the data processed and suggest timely improvements to team members and help them improve.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team performance, productivity, and quality metrics.
Document operational processes, errors, and corrective actions for future reference.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the Data Processing Team and other Departments, including the Management.

Ability to manage the team and expand the team for business growth
Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify, understand and help resolve operational and QC issues in a timely manner.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Gujarati and English language is must.
Hand on experience in QC will be an added advantage
