Job Description

- The Business Development Executive plays a vital role in driving the growth of an organization by identifying new market opportunities and establishing strategic partnerships.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.

- Strong understanding of CRM software and sales techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

- Problem-solving aptitude and critical thinking abilities.

- Experience in B2B sales; knowledge of relevant industries is a plus.

- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and networking.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.

- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies is advantageous.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
