Job Description
- This is a full-me on-site role for a Senior Lead Soware Engineer
- The Senior Lead Soware Engineer will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to computer science, back-end web development, soware development, programming, and object-oriented programming (OOP).
Requirements- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient back-end systems and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code using best practices
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure code quality and adherence to standards
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues in the codebase
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the software development industry
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment
- Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap of the organization
- Participate in the CI/CD pipeline and DevOps practices to ensure smooth deployments
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing and validation of software components
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient back-end systems and services
