Job Description

Cold calls to be done in the location mapped to him / her and ensure the leads are generated.

? Distribute brochures in the area to generate leads.

? Conduct market visits and promote the product to prospective customers.

? Explain the product details, features and benefits to the customers.

? Understanding customers requirement for Housing loan and pitching the right product as per

requirement.

? Logins to be done with complete set of documents as per the login checklist.

? Maintain daily sales report.

? Collect 2 references from every login customer for AHL.

Requirements

Age: 21 to 35 years
Qualification: :Graduate / undergraduate (10 ^th , 12 ^th , Diploma, ITI)

Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), or mortgage services.
