you will be a key member of our product management team, responsible for analyzing product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product development and improvement strategies

Key Responsibilities:
Product Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance data, including user engagement, usage patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Customer Feedback: Gather, synthesize, and analyze customer feedback, surveys, and reviews to identify pain points and areas for product improvement
Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor products, features, and market trends to identify opportunities and threats
Market Research: Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences to inform product strategy
Data Interpretation: Interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for product enhancements and new feature development
Feature Prioritization: Collaborate with the product management team to prioritize and define product features and enhancements based on data-driven insights
User Persona Development: Assist in the development and refinement of user personas to guide product development and marketing efforts
A/B Testing: Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes and new features
Product Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, including product requirements, user stories, and specifications
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful product launches
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards to communicate product performance and recommendations to stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proven experience in product analysis or related roles, with a track record of contributing to successful product improvements
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Knowledge of product management methodologies and product development processes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with user research methods and tools is a plus
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms is a plus
Certification in product management or related fields is a plus
