Manager - Business Operations (3-8 yrs)

Business Growth:

- Collaborate with Category teams on defining category growth enablers, and driving it with internal teams and external network participants

- Envisaging solutions that will enable category growth in a decentralised opennetwork approach, and driving end-to-end implementation & adoption of the same

- Work with demand and supply applications (also known as network participants) on growth enablers basis users' evolving requirements

Business Operations:

- Define and drive operational excellence metrics for select categories, aiming for parameters to be at par with industry best for that specific area

- Work with data analytics team on parameters to be tracked, how metrics should be structured and driven for overall business excellence

- Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams on defining requirements for features that will enable fulfilment, and implementing the same on network protocol

- Conceptualise features applicable from a decentralised network perspective, and not platform way (as with most existing ecommerce organisations)

- Assist network participants in operational excellence at their end, thereby impacting post-order customer journeys
