- The Head-Services is responsible for leading and managing the operational aspects of Passenger Services, Hospitality Management, Commercial Partners and Others. This role is essential for ensuring the seamless operation of all passenger services, maintaining high standards of service delivery, and driving overall passenger satisfaction.
- The position requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of airport operations to effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure that all services are aligned with the airport's goals and compliance standards
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all commercial services, ensuring smooth and efficient functionality.
- Addressing operational issues by effective coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage logistics support and operational efficiency within and around the terminal.
- Collaborate with service operators to maintain high service standards and passenger satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and airport policies.
- Maintain effective communication and visibility of key services to enhance the passenger experience.
- Organize training and development programs for concessionaire staff to maintain high service standards.
- Implement recognition and rewards (R&R) programs to motivate and recognize outstanding performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred
- A minimum of 08 to 10 years of experience within the airport or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of managing large teams and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong understanding of airport operations and regulatory requirements
Skills & Expertise:-
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A minimum of 0 8 to 10 years of experience within the airport or hospitality industry.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to implement innovative solutions to operational challenges.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software tools
