Job Description

Designation: Senior Business Development Executive Open source ERP Solutions


Job description: We are seeking a motivated & result driven Sales Executive with 2-4 years of experience in B2B Software Sales (preferably ERP). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ERP solutions, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.


Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.


Experience: 2-4 years of experience in B2B Software Sales (preferably ERP)


Work Location & Mode: Bangalore & Completely working from office.


Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for lead generation, lead development, conversion, and overall pipeline management for a target customer profile (based on domain, geography, or any other factors).
  • The person is also expected to identify & coordinate pre-sales contract activities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our ERP solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • As a part of the sales team, the person is expected to contribute towards sales and marketing activities across the company.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product offerings.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market demands.
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Contribute to digital marketing efforts in the company.

Required Capabilities:

  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of the lead development process.
  • Ability to listen and understand customer perspective requirements, concerns, preferences.
  • Ability to engage agreeably with prospects and negotiate in a professional manner
  • Ability to understand features of the product/service being sold and present it to the customer context
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Adept in networking, project management, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to adapt to the company’s culture effectively and work with colleagues across functions
  • Attend offline networking events, community events and hearings to generate leads.
  • Willing to travel to prospective client locations.

  • International sales exposure
