The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, design and deliver robust solutions, and play a crucial role in integrating and optimizing enterprise-level applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions on time and within scope.
• Architect, design, and optimize complex PL/SQL database solutions, including stored procedures, triggers, and query optimization.
• Develop and oversee robust REST API integrations using Java to connect various systems and applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to define and execute project requirements.
• Perform detailed code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure seamless operations.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure quality deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.7-8 years of hands-on experience in:Oracle PL/SQL: Advanced SQL programming, database optimization, and performance tuning.Java REST API Development: Designing, implementing, and managing RESTful APIs for enterprise applications.Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.Proficiency in version control systems (Git), CI/CD tools (Jenkins), and project management tools (JIRA).Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with teams.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with enterprise ERP systems and their integration.Exposure to front-end technologies like Flutter, Angular or React (advantageous).Knowledge of manufacturing or service industry domains is a plus.
