As a Senior Product Analyst in the Internal Analytics team, you get to use your quantitative skill set, obsession and empathy towards customers and collaborative spirit to work closely with Product, Ops, Engineering, and Data Scientists to provide data driven insights to find new opportunities to take our products to the next level. To make that happen, the Network Tech team creates products that help carriers onboard in our platform, shippers to manage their carrier network, and both to extract insights into their performance. Responsibilities. Strategic Analysis Work with large and complex data sets to solve a wide array of challenging problems using different analytical and statistical approaches. Insights Define, understand, and test opportunities and levers to improve the product, and drive roadmaps through your insights and recommendations.

Stakeholder Management Work together with product teams, leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver on shared goals and priorities using data-driven decisions. Success definition Identify and measure success of product efforts through goal setting, forecasting, and monitoring of key product metrics to understand trends. Minimum Qualification. Bachelor or Masters degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Statistics or related field and 4 years of work experience in job offered or in an analytics-related occupation .

3+ years in quantitative analysis and data mining,. 3+ years in SQL or another programming language for data querying. Dash-boarding experience with Tableau, Looker or other analytics tools. Ability to communicate results clearly and a focus on driving impact.
