Job Description
- Create detailed project plan, manage, and control the project as per the plan.
- Manage multiple projects.
- Assist and guide BAs in requirement analysis.
- Resource estimation and management.
- Risk management.
- Manage internal Loylogic project team and manage the delivery.
- Define, plan, and procure work packages from Loylogic s subcontractors.
- Manage project through all its phases and disciplines.
- Timely project reporting to relevant stakeholders internal as well as external.
- Handover of project to Program consultants and Support.
- Handling of Program level issues / operational tasks.
- Contribute to Loylogic s project methodology.
- 3-4 years of project management / project lead experience.
- Experience in client interaction with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience working in distributed delivery with a knack of problem solving attitude.
- Experience working with cross functional teams.
- Experience in analyzing business processes and drafting requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written.
- Experience in the airline, travel, loyalty, retail or banking industry is a big plus.
- Structured, organized and process driven ways of working is a must.
- Certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
