Job Description for Project Management Requirement

• 4-8 years of work experience in the field of Project Management
• Knowledge of Managing Electronics Product Development and Manufacturing is a MUST requirement
• Knowledge of Embedded Systems
• Excelling verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and PM tools such as MS Project
• PMP certification would be good to have
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Experience in working in the Automotive environment

Specific duties :

• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Interact with cross functional team and predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient way
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
