Job Description
- Project Management is one of the key roles for the ERP project. Most of the ERP projects are managed either by the CEO or one of the departmental heads. This many a times dilutes the intensity of the ERP project.
- The project manager has to strike a fine balance between ERP vendor, ERP system and ERP end-users to ensure the smooth transition is achieved within the defined and agreed time lines.
- In view of this we are looking for we'll experiences project managers to be associated from the start till the system goes live.
- Project Plan
- Solution scope confirmation
- Master data collection and migration
- Configuration
- Training time tables
- UAT
- Opening balance open entries
- Go live
- Audit confirmation
- Excellent project management capabilities
- Great communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability to participate in training sessions and occasional meetings with Syscon Cronus team members.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or training sessions (if required).
- Certification on Project Management
- Interest in ERP related projects.
- Interest in any of these areas Pre-sales and Sales.
- Flexible work schedule and location, allowing for a better work-life balance.
- Revenue share on mutually agreed terms and incentives for successful outcomes
