Project Management Consultant (PMC)- civil

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
  
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
  
• Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  
• Ensure quality control at every stage of the project lifecycle.
  
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
  
• Facilitate efficient resource allocation and management.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Masters degree or PMP certification will be an added advantage.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
  
• Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.
  
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and software.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in handling large-scale projects.
  
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Chhattisgarh.
  
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera.
